Comparing us against another gateway? Start with which unit each vendor actually meters — per-event, per-delivery, per-seat or self-hosted — because that decides the invoice more than the headline price does.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan runs on 10,000 events a month with no card required. You only add a payment method when you choose to upgrade to Pro or Team.
What happens if I exceed my monthly events?
We let you run up to 20% over your monthly quota at no charge, on every plan. There is no overage billing and no surprise invoice — if a busy month pushes you past that buffer regularly, it is a sign the next plan up is the cheaper option.
What counts as an event?
One event is one inbound webhook we receive on your ingest URL. Fanning that event out to several destinations costs nothing extra — you are billed for what arrives, not for how many places it goes.

Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard, and the new quotas and retention window apply to your workspace right away.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Pro and Team can be billed yearly at the price of ten months: €290 a year instead of €348, and €990 instead of €1,188. Quotas, retention and features are identical either way — the only difference is the billing cycle you pick at checkout.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed in euros, monthly or yearly, whichever cycle you choose at checkout. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and are never stored on Webhooker systems. A VAT invoice is available for every paid plan.
Is my webhook data still deleted on the Free plan?
Yes. Retention applies to every plan: events are deleted automatically after 14 days on Free, 30 days on Pro, and 90 days on Team. Deleted means deleted, on all tiers.

Refund terms are covered in our refund policy. If Webhooker isn't the right fit, reach out and we'll sort it out.
