Billing questions
Short answers before you sign up.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan runs on 10,000 events a month with no card required. You only add a payment method when you choose to upgrade to Pro or Team.
What happens if I exceed my monthly events?
On Free, ingest is a hard limit: once you hit 10,000 events in a month, further events are rejected until the next cycle, so you never get a surprise bill. On Pro and Team, events beyond your quota are billed as overage at your plan's per-1,000 rate.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard, and the new quotas and retention window apply to your workspace right away.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly in euros. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and are never stored on Webhooker systems. A VAT invoice is available for every paid plan.
Is my webhook data still deleted on the Free plan?
Yes. Retention applies to every plan: events are deleted automatically after 14 days on Free, 30 days on Pro, and 90 days on Team. Deleted means deleted, on all tiers.
Can I get a refund?
Refund terms are covered in our refund policy. If Webhooker isn't the right fit, reach out and we'll sort it out.
