Refund Policy

We want you to be confident trying Webhooker. Every paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, and EU consumers keep their full statutory withdrawal rights. This policy explains when and how you get your money back.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with Webhooker for any reason within 14 days of your first payment on a given plan, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
The guarantee applies once per customer per plan tier and covers only the initial subscription payment, excluding plan renewals or upgrades after the initial 14-day window.
2. EU Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union or European Economic Area have a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 calendar days of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), without providing reasons.
If you expressly request that we begin providing the service immediately upon purchase and service delivery has commenced, you may lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Contact support@webhooker.eu before the 14-day period expires to exercise your withdrawal rights.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@webhooker.eu with:
- The email address associated with your Webhooker account.
- Your date of purchase and the plan you subscribed to.
- A brief reason for the refund (optional).
We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days. Because Creem acts as our Merchant of Record, approved refunds are processed by Creem and returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing typically completes within 5–10 business days.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings in your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your services remain fully active until that date and no further charges will be made.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless you are within the 14-day money-back window or exercising EU withdrawal rights.
5. Usage-Based Charges
Refunds do not apply to usage-based charges already incurred, including but not limited to overage charges for events processed beyond your plan's included monthly allowance. The Free plan has a hard event limit and is never billed for overage.
For disputed usage charges, contact support@webhooker.eu within 60 days of the invoice date.
6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue or believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at support@webhooker.eu before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in temporary account suspension while the dispute is under review.
7. Complaints
Submit formal complaints to support@webhooker.eu with "Formal Complaint" in the subject line.
- Acknowledgment within 2 business days.
- Resolution targeted within 14 business days.
- EU residents may escalate to their national consumer authority or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
8. Exceptions
Refund requests may be declined when they are:
- Submitted after the 14-day window without qualifying EU statutory rights.
- Made on an account suspended or terminated for Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy violations.
- Associated with repeated money-back guarantee usage across multiple accounts.
- Related solely to consumed usage-based charges.
In all cases we will notify you by email with the reason for our decision.
